One of St. Thomas’ most pristine and tranquil beaches, Linquist is situated on the East End of the island and it is one that you should not miss. The water is crystal clear and typically calm.
This is the largest and most famous beach in St. Thomas. Spanning a beautiful one-mile stretch of beach, this is a tourist must-see spot. The water is usually very calm in a protected bay. It’s more of a relax-and-wade beach than a snorkeling beach due to the sandy bottom and not much vegetation.
There is a beach bar that serves up burgers, pizza, and other snacks. You will pay a little more for food and drinks here as it’s a major tourist destination. This is also a national park so there is a small cover fee to help maintain its beauty.
You can rent paddle boards, SUPs, and chairs. It will be a bit more crowded during cruise ship days.
