Around since 1992 and recently renovated, thanks to financial help from Kenny Chesney after hurricanes Irma and Maria ripped it apart, this restaurant delivers delicious food, consistently.

If you’re looking for something light and fresh, I definitely recommend this place. I love their shishito pepper appetizer, dip trio (pico, queso, and guac), poke bowls (Aloha with salmon is my favorite), and ceviche.
They also have one of the most creative and delicious cocktail lists between the two islands. They don’t have dessert, but you should try their frozen painkiller in lieu of dessert. They have so many cocktail options, you’re sure to find a favorite.

The Terrace
A French-inspired restaurant, with a great view of the sunset. I love their Foie Gras and pork belly appetizers. For dinner, you can go wrong with their Wahoo, filet or crab stuffed prawns.
Extra Virgin Bistro
My FAVORITE place to go for a nice dinner on STJ. Reservations are strongly recommended here as the place is usually packed with locals and tourists. It stays packed for good reason.
